Many are not aware of this issue but Russia is planning to build a tunnel under the Bering Strait. The sixty mile plus tunnel would connect Siberia with Alaska.

Considering the hostilities between Russia and the United States, which have been brewing for years now, why on earth would Russia want to build a tunnel to connect to the North American continent? Could it be for legitimate commerce or are the Russians planning an eventual invasion of North America?

According to an article on Forbes dot com the Russian government has already approved funding for the project: “Russia Reportedly Planning to Build Tunnel Under Bering Strait”

Now Ezekiel Chapter 38 is a latter day or end of the age prophecy. It tells of a land of unwalled villages where a peaceful people dwell safely. The prophecy could not be talking about the old promised land because the old Jerusalem has many walled off areas.

The following two verses are what Gog from the land of Magog tells himself:

Ezekiel 38:11 “You will say, ‘I will go up against a land of unwalled villages; I will go to a peaceful people, who dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates’ —

Ezekiel 38:12 “to take plunder and to take booty, to stretch out your hand against the waste places that are again inhabited, and against a people gathered from the nations, who have acquired livestock and goods, who dwell in the midst of the land.

Ezekiel 38:15 “Then you will come from your place out of the far north, you and many peoples with you, all of them riding on horses, a great company and a mighty army.

Then in Ezekiel Chapter 39 God tells Gog that he will bring them “up from the north.”

Ezekiel 39:2 “and I will turn you around and lead you on, bringing you up from the far north, and bring you against the mountains of Israel.

How do you come “up” from the north? Simple. Russia’s army is going to go up to Siberia, then cross the Bering Strait, then flood their troops into North America.

Russia has giant tunnel boring machines. The city of Moscow has a tunnel called the Lefortovo Tunnel. It has a length of about two miles. It was opened in the year 2003. Russia may already be building a tunnel under the Bering Strait. Time will tell.
